Ghl Collection 93 Hotel - Bogota

I liked its standard queen room with a bath tub as well as modern bathroom.

Breakfast was to be included. However, I was charged for orange juice and someone forged my signature on a receipt for this orange juice. I was shocked to see a charge of 6 usd from the restuarant and more surprised to see my signature on a receipt.

The rooms, badrooms, restaurant, loby, service was super great. It's a great Hotel...

Location, service, restaurant, people who work there, very helpfull, all great, really great. Rooms and badrooms, just top of the line...

LOcation and excellent service of their staff

Tidy unit with a fridge and glassware. Very good and kind staff, free wake up calls and ironing. Great and unbeatable setting in the great area, adjacent to the Square as well as the Andino shopping mall...

Fresh, contemporary design. Very comfortable rooms and beds, ask for a room with a bath. Lovely staff but everyone could relax a little and smile more - it's a hotel after all.

Front Desk staff seemed a little unsure of themselves and the check in/out process was less slick than the hotel. The 'gym' was beautifully located but totally lacking in any reasonable equipment. They should change out the body-circuit machine for something more professional and sturdy and also add a rack of free weights - this would help.

Location is great just 100 meters from Parque 93 with lots of restaurants and nightlife

What a revelation! The perfect spot for exploring! Clean, spacious, and well-equipped rooms. The staff was so nice, greeting us with smiles and helping with transportation. Breakfast was a highlight. A good mix of buffet and a la carte options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning for sure!

Being an American and new to bogota...the staff was so incredibly helpful...well two people, Miquelon and Juan. They assisted me with unexpected travel plans within Colombia and they were fanstastic! Helped with the airline which literally took over two hours of there time!!! However, upon arrival the other person at the front desk, andres...horrible...rude..and not friendly. The hotel super clean and a great place to recommend. The hotel food terrible!! And the hotel appearance doesn't match with the hotel!!!!???? Should take down that bottle wall and get furniture that matches the interior of the rooms which are modern contemporary!!

Andre from desk clerk...rude and doesn't like Americans Restaurant..horrible food, decor horrible, and dirty bottles for there wall display..looks like nobody cleaned them in years...dust on bottles looks like a snow storm!

The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice and unbeatable - just a short walk away from Del Chico Park. Also, the area was very nice. We stayed in the a double room with shower and liked it❤👍

The location was amazing, just a short taxi ride to restaurants and coffee shops. My superior double room was spacious, and the king-size bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious deluxe room and the refreshing waterfall shower. The wellness center offered a relaxing massage and a lovely spa lounge that made unwinding easy. My only small gripe was the older TVs. a smart one would’ve made watching movies cozy on that rainy day. 😊

The open floor plan of the Beautiful Double Room was unique, with comfortable beds and a great variety at breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating, organizing timely airport transportation. The noise from adjacent rooms was disruptive, affecting sleep quality. Despite this, the location, filled with nearby restaurants and shops, made it convenient.
